TRUST & TRANSPARENCY
Condition
For hobby or investing, our business model is to ensure a win-win with every transaction. To that end, we aim to provide full transparency to card conditions. For example, this 1990 Fleer # 635 Human Dynamos featuring Kirby Pucket and Bo Jackson was recently pulled from a factory-sealed set. This card would likely be graded as a 10 except for the "snow", an unfortunate part of the manufacturing process where ink speckles sometimes happen. By PSA's grading standards, this is known as a "Print Defect". It's hard to know exactly what the effect on grading would be as grading companies don't provide that level of detail. The impact would likely have more to do with the card's "appeal". If you were not up close, you might not even notice these speckles. I didn't until I scanned it for possible grading and then I saw it. This card, as a PSA 9 sells on Ebay for $10 - $13. This card with snow is perhaps more of a $2 - $4 card.
